On July 15th a Seneca Falls man was arrested following an altercation, where the accused resident allegedly struck three individuals, all under the age of 17, in what officers are calling an unprovoked domestic incident.Officers in Seneca Falls arrested Kyle J. Dombrowski, 18, of Seneca Falls for three counts of harassment in the second degree, and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Dombrowski allegedly struck three minors without any provocation during an altercation.A stay away order of protection was issued for the victims. He was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $750 cash bail, or $1,500 secured bond.
